Fiesta Jalisco in Breckenridge

Horrible. Gave one star for the glass of water. We were on vacation from Texas and thought we would try some local Mexican food, but this food was tasteless and the service even worse. Go somewhere else and save yourself the bad experience.

We are going there this evening for the third time this week. The margaritas are excellent. If you like margeritas from a mix, these are not for you. Made with real ingredients! I had the albondigos soup which was the best I have ever had. We are from Arizona and know good Mexican food-not TexMEX. We took a large group for lunch and our group was very happy with the food- and we have some real foodies in the group I don't know why there are bad reviews for this restaurant. Maybe they are just looking for a taco bell.

Food was awful, especially for the price. Taco Bell would be better.

Terrible food. The nachos were swimming in about half an inch of grease. The only good thing about this meal was the chips and salsa.

real Mexican food served by real Mexican people. Kitchen is blindingly fast. Servers are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Prices are reasonable. Enormous menu, wide selection of beverages, I had a glass of sangria. Good location in the middle of things. You'll probably hear patrons speaking Spanish, a good sign.

I got stung by a hornet while in the restaurant. Three staff members walked by and none of them seemed to care so we left. The hornet sting wasn't their fault but they responded horribly to it. Awful service.

Seems pretty authentic. The chips are freshly fried, the salsa fresh although not the tastiest salsa. The menudo was made the right way, but again it could have tasted better. I'd go back.

Not bad! It’s pretty standard Mexican food, but the restaurant is really well decorated and the waiter was very nice.

The food here was perfect. Every substitution was taking care of, the server was friendly the food was absolutely delicious. Always a good place to eat.

It was good food! We had the taco salads. We were first disappointed because it seemed like there wasn't much meat. But as we ate we discovered the best of flavor came out in the amounts they prepared the food with! Do not be alarmed if the portions seemed smaller it was plenty to fill me up and I as always had a hearty appetite!! The staff was nice and friendly and eager to serve you. The place had an outside seating area as well as dining inside. It was great! We will be back!

Tucked away off main street this little Mexican restaurant was surprisingly tasty. Quick, kindly service and unlimited chips and salsa. Meats were grilled perfect and had plenty of flavor. Fresh veggies and sides (beans and rice) warm and not dry. Loved the patio seating and even though the restaurant is tucked away from the street there was plenty of shade and breeze.

Best Mexican food and chill / fast restaurant in Breck!!!!! Been coming here 14 years and my family and I rely on this place for fast service and good food when everywhere is slammed and slow. Great margaritas and great service. The owners work there almost every day and manage a great place.

The guac doesn't taste like guac. Pretty sure it's actually sour cream and green food coloring. The tripas don't taste like anything. I've had enough tripas in my day to know something is amiss. Service is poor/slow/forgetful except for one cute little dude bustling back and forth holding the world on his shoulders.

Ugh. We were hoping for a good meal for our only night in town. The food is OK, but nothing special. Expect a wait, even when slow.

Good food, reasonable prices. I had the Chilli Colorado buritos. Delicious, lots of beef.

The chips and salsa were not what I expected. The chips were thick and tasted burnt. The salsa was just bad! Tasted like enchilada sauce with random herbs. Decided not to order food, got margaritas.

Good chips and salsa, and the chips were warm. They have many vegitarian items on their menu. We tried the Taco Salad and it was great. The service was excellent. Our server stopped by three times and another stopped to fill our water. They have some good looking desserts, but we passed.

Affordable food. My service was fast. The portions were good. Free chips and salsa. Though I didn't try one, by the size of the glasses, it appears they make some serious margaritas.

32oz Pacifico Ballenas are always ice cold, not everything is TexMex. They Have some authentic dishes and soups.

Food was fine and in a town with many expensive places to eat, it's a nice break. And the staff was very friendly.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Staff, host and waiter, didn’t welcome us or smile, they were extremely unfriendly and created a hostile vibe that was an immediate turnoff, we felt like a burden. The host basically threw menus at our table and was just rude. Tried the chips, stale and tasteless, the salsa was runny and plastic. I love Mexican food and this was a tragedy! The menu had prices of $20 per plate for bad food; decided to leave after quickly checking the reviews. They get away with treating the customers poorly by automatically charging an 18% tip, a tip for poor service. Go to Kenosha, it’s close to Fiesta Jalisco, and has way better service and food.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Food is bland, service is hostile and slow. Very expensive and subpar food and service. Save your money and go somewhere else like the burger place down the road. Fiesta Jalisco is NOT where the good food is in Breckenridge.

It was good, but I would not say spectacular. My daughter really liked her chicken nuggets, said they were like McDonalds. The server was friendly. It was not too busy that day. The restaurant in a quieter location located just off of the street. I would say my food was good, but not great, same for my wife.

Hello,I hope this finds you well. My family and I visited Fiesta Jalisco, Breckinridge, while on vacation this week. We were disappointed to say the least. The food was subpar. All of the meats were bland, the nachos appeared to be heated in a microwave, the tortillas were out of a package and the pinto beans tasted like the came directly from a can. I sm testing this 2 stars because the server, Hector, was attentive. Based on the other reviews this location is hit or miss, for price point avoid the gamble.

Big plates of good food. Alambre Norteno - platter of deliciousness. Yummy chips & salsa. Guac rocks. Nice Mexican beer & margarita selection.

Friendly wait staff, immediate seating. Excellent frozen margaritas with different flavors like huckleberry-- delicious! Good food, more like tex-mex style, reasonable pricing. Will definitely go there again!

A lovely to go dinner when most of Breckenridge isn't open. The margaritas were good and I'm picky about margaritas. Tried chicken mole and hubby had enchiladas. All excellent and we could sit in courtyard and eat from togo containers. Will definitely come back. Thanks for being open.

I'm confused on why this place rates so low on Google. Food, ambiance, vibe and service were all excellent! 5 star Mexican food in Breck for sure

The wife & I visited this restaurant in Breckenridge, we were very disappointed with our meals. I guess since we are from Texas, the Mexican food here is totally different. Even our fast food Mexican restaurants (taco bell) is a step above. The only good thing about Jalisco was the corona beer.

Fantastic! Great place tucked off the beaten path. Everything we had was delicious and fresh, with large portions. Massive menu with almost anything you could possibly want. Highly recommend this place

We stumbled onto this tucked away place after trying to get into another well advertised restaurant that had a three hour wait! The ambience and food were great and when we came in wasn’t busy but later on started to fill up. Will be back

On a first glance the place look nice and cozy, but here comes the warning - that's probably the only good thing about the place. The most rude staff I have ever come across. We made the unfortunately mistake of ordering a spicy magarita - probably just had spice. Sure left an impression on my stomach and I just had a sip. We returned our drinks and requested new ones instead the server just got us the bill. To make matters worst after paying when I asked the server for the bill he actually picked up a GARBAGE to look through for the bill !! If this place has an chance of working I suggest they start with training their employees .. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!
